- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, NOT canned)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- small amount of sweetener (sugar, Splenda, Stevia . . etc) to taste
- 5 cranberries
- 5 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
