
3 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp. loose green tea or green tea blend (I used Monkey from the Tea Farm)
2 Tbsp. honey (or less, according to your taste)
1 cup chilled Pomegranate juice (I used Pom)
Steep the tea, stir in the honey and add the juice. Serve over ice.
