Avocado-Orange Stacks

Try this with the organic Buck Brand oranges available at Thrifty Foods.

Serves 2
1 orange, peeled and sliced crosswise
1-2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced crosswise
1/2 cup sprouts such as alfalfa or broccoli, or pea shoots
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
coarse sea salt (I used Alder-Smoked rock salt from Vancouver Island Salt Co.)

Sprinkle avocado slices with sea salt. Alternate avocado and orange slices in 2 stacks. Top with sprouts. Whisk together orange juice and olive oil and drizzle over the top. Serve immediately. Fast, easy and a fantastic combination.
