Honey Lime Wings

So easy. So fast. So good.
Two main ingredients: 1. lime 2. honey

I haven’t cooked chicken wings for a very long time, mainly because they have such a high fat content. It’s Friday night however, and munching on wings while sitting in the evening sunshine just seemed like the right thing to do. So we did. And we continued in the kitchen, sneaking the leftovers from the baking sheet long after dinner was officially over.

12-15 chicken wings, split
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup honey
juice and zest of 2 limes
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Rinse chicken wings, pat dry. Put in a large bowl and toss with flour until coated. Refrigerate while preparing the sauce.
Whisk all ingredients together. Place chicken wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 40-45 minutes, turning once half way through. Remove from oven, put in a bowl and toss with the honey-lime sauce. Serve immediately.
