Avocado Mango Salsa . . . with Nectarines

  • 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 nectarine, chopped
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 2 handfuls mini tomatoes (I used mini heirloom), quartered
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine all in a bowl. Serve with veggie burgers, turkey burgers, or on halibut or other white fish.
