- 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 nectarine, chopped
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2 handfuls mini tomatoes (I used mini heirloom), quartered
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Combine all in a bowl. Serve with veggie burgers, turkey burgers, or on halibut or other white fish.
