Minty Watermelon Popsicles

Summertime brings memories of sitting on the front porch slurping homemade popsicles. It’s time to make them for another generation now so they can create their own summer memories.

Here’s a way to use up that leftover watermelon. Just blend 2 cups watermelon with a few fresh mint leaves in a blender, pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze. Instant refresher for a hot day. No sugar needed.
