Honeydew Cooler


Simply puree chunks of a very ripe honeydew melon in a food processor. Add a teaspoon or so of finely grated fresh ginger root and the juice of one or two limes. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with a slice of lime.

That’s it! No added sugar. No artificial colouring. Just the naturally sweet goodness of fresh fruit.
OR . . . spice it up by adding ginger ale and/or a shot of vodka!
