Cranberry Coconut Smoothie

Christmas holiday breakfast. Easy. Do you have a favourite smoothie recipe? Please share it in the comments below so we can all benefit.

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, NOT canned)
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • small amount of sweetener (sugar, Splenda, Stevia . . etc) to taste
  • 5 cranberries
  • 5 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
