Does it really work to simply arrange all the ingredients in a pot and heat it up? Yup! Believe it or not, it does.
You can make it more nutritious by substituting a whole grain pasta. I recently bought a new one at Costco by TruRoots that was made from organic amaranth, quinoa, and brown rice–really tasty and gluten-free.
