Go ahead and make these. If you start now, you could be indulging in less than 30 minutes. Dark chocolate, freshly harvested and toasted hazelnuts, walnuts, or pecans, and dried fruit–all full of antioxidants just waiting to recharge your body after a long and tiring week. 🙂
So simple. Melt good quality dark chocolate over, not in, boiling water. Puddle on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Gently press toasted nuts, seeds and dried fruit on top. Allow to set.
